trolling for salmon
Submitted by suggarman on Sun, 2015-04-19 21:51
i live in Busselton and being a student money is tight and i dont realy have a lot of time for trips down the coast to case the salmon because of a thirsty 4x4.
so i had the idea that i could try trolling for salmon arroung geograph bay arround the jetty/ marina area. what lures would work best? and where should i be trying first?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Frankly most lures work.
there was a thread here about on the issue recently. Tow poppers, metal slugs, binned minnows, just get out there and tow something.
we were getting them on slices and poppers on Tuesday. Home made Jarra broom stick popper was doing very nicely.
