 Fair claims man - I think that its not worth it realistically at all though people hopefully including yourself should be pissed off by it. Im passionate about this topic and many fishos other than me who at times shore based get a grilling for people like this's action. If i witness this personally I would ring fisheries and take photos and / or video. And yell at them on camera they are fucked. 

Dont renegue your anger to me and others that get aggravated ( can say all non fishos and fishos I am around think the act is barbaric dead set) .

I have the same sentiment about what has happened to the tiger, to me they are one of the best looking sharks in the ocean. However, I'm sure the rage will be overtaken by the desire to see the low life get done by the law if you or any other fisho comes across a person doing this stuff.

As has been mentioned above what sadly happens is that all of us who like to drift a bait out under a balloon get branded as shark butchers or what ever and cop the flak for some piece of human excrement's mad actions.

Lets hope we don't see some knee jerk actions take place in the near future as a result of this.

to be honest its just disgusting behavior im only 14 and i just can't believe someone would do that, Its absolutely pointless and then just throwing it back in the water to wash up again just why  

The word murder only applies to people killing people.

The blokes who did this could very well have signed the document that stops shark fishing from all metro beaches and definitely deserve the anger being directed at them but lets keep it in perspective

I listened to a bloke rant on the radio yesterday, i don't condone this nor do i know much about it...

I feel sorry for the fellas that try and keep LB SF as clean as possible and do the righty but at the end of the day 420 casts go jump on a shark net boat and get your panties untangled a little bit....

The sharks spend all night tangled in a net as they struggle to survive and if they are fortunate enough to survive the night they'll then get their tails and heads chopped off in a murderess fashion...

all this little episode will do is add another emotional trigger to the ban shark fishing off swimming beaches call that is out there currently

taking the jaws out while to some may be barbaric ? it has been happening for eons and in some quarters will continue for many more imo not much
difference in filleting a fish , you are just removing another body part once there dead with a knife ... different practical application
thing here is these shark bodies where dumped at a popular swimming beach instead of being taken out to sea and disposed of there .hence the outrage

we have all become so conditioned to not showing blood or accepting humans kill things every day to survive or sport , it has only become acceptable if we ''FEEL ' it died somehow happy or it lived a happy life before it dies or was killed ..which in the natural world is bollocks

as timboon rightly points out thousands die each day around australia , same as dead roos on the side of the road or dead birds, dead snakes /cats etc

in time we will all see the emotional new rules come in to further restrict our freedoms and it wont take long to happen at this rate

lots of examples of this happening right now in play out there .think cage eggs , they are now being victimised as well so anyone having eggs in their diet can feel good about it
