hey all
beacause of the ban and the fact that i love tackling these fast and strong fighting fish i am planning to be going out tagerting them.
i know one or two spots where you can catch them but dose any1 know where you can catch kilo plus fish in one spot around ocean reef area?

ive got some nice spots off
ive got some nice spots off hilliarys behind the 3 mile
but the prob is i could go tomorrow get 10 nice 1.5 to 2.5kg skippy
then go out the next 3 times and get nothing
but i think thats why its called fishing
getting the bottom line final answer from a bunch of blokes that use false names and put smiley faces at the end of paragraphs is not the best place in the world to get the information you seek.

prob up over the 7 kg mark
prob up over the 7 kg mark at a guess, i got one a number of years ago that went over 5.6kg and damn that thing was hugeeeeeeee

ive seen pictures of them
ive seen pictures of them caught over 10kg. seen one of steve correia with one that went 9kg i think from memory. virtually a golden trevally!

been diving there before seen heaps - we were diving till some rude blokes in a tinny pulled up and started fishing right next to us
