This my current screensaver, taken at the Monte's last year. Whilst I swap and change my screensavers a fair bit, this is the current one.

I run the house off a bank
I run the house off a bank of batteries and use solar power to recharge them, so there is limited power available.

That is a pretty damn green Dampier!!
Living in karratha I had to laugh, although when I first saw it I thought Dampier, then the early morning brain cells ticked over and WT. No tiles in dampier. Named storms blow them the hell off roofs.

Click on the little tree icon next to the smiley face in your comment box. Then at the end of the IMAGE URL line theres a little box, click the box, then click browse and upload the file from your computer (note the size requirements), once uploaded it will show up in your file area, the click add and it will be in the thread.

You would not want to go Port to Port with these fast in a boat
The one up here in Dampier have a 6ft steep wake that would make the boys at Scarbs jealous. Apply all brakes when the approach. Made the mistake once only and never again. It surprised me how steep it was and the block of Mulies on the bait board became one big lump of berley in the wrong spot. Spewing.

I took that one on north mole,
he was heading out to gauge road, got another one were the work boat is holding fast while a bloke was cleaning the channel marker, right next to the groyne, by the time I figured out what the work boat was doing it was to late to take the photo of the bloke standing on the ladder cleaning or fixing the channel marker.
I'd love to own one of those Pilot boats, plod plod along.
