Was at the penny palms in dampier yesterday and every tree in sight had caution tape!! Is some one taking the piss or is this for real? Had to laugh though.

those trees are knowen to
those trees are knowen to drop limbs any given sec, when i was a grounds keeper at a high school u would here them crack and now and then one would drop, in the end we cut of them down for safety reasons.
