 I have a spare room which is up for rent, in white gum valley, close to freo.



Its $180/week - which includes all bills (cleaner, security, gardener, internet, gas, power, water etc).



House and room is fully furnished.  Non smoker/drugs. Must be full time employed or student.



At the moment there is 1couple, 1 guy and a dog. Half of the couple is going away for 3 months soon.
