Perth Fishing Charters

Hi all,

First post :) ... Was just wondering which fishing charter off Perth is worth giving a go and also if this time of year is any good? Have been contemplating booking one for some time now so any information would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.

i suggest you look at

nebraska charters

saltwater charters

apache charters

those usually always have good reports, ive only been on saltwater charters, to be honest, there was a lot of travelling done, probably more than fishing, but in the end, everyone on the boat caught a nice fish and no one went home dissapointed.

Cheers mate. I had only been looking at Mills and Blue Juice based out of Hillaries, haven't actually heard of the three you mentioned but I'll have a look on the net now. Have you got any idea if this time of year is alright?

Gone Fishing Welcome

I'm sure any of the three will find you some good fish !

If were my money I'd be going with Saltwater or Bluejuice. They are going to give you a great day out  ........ plus look  after the fishery.

Lets hear about your day !

Aqualib for sure. Best charter Ive ever been on, put us right on top of the dhuies. Ive been on a few around town as freebies and they would be the best.

Been on Nebraska a few times and always found the boat clean and tidy, crew helpful and knowledgeable and he only takes 8/10 guys so not too hard to fill the boat with no losers tagging along too ruin everyones day .Always catch fish with him also Laughing

i'v tried most of the charters mentioned above and would have to recommend apache myself. ended up going deeper then all the other charters but much better catch rate in the few times i went out with them and better fish. this was over a year and a half ago though. i caught the bug and since bought my own boat.

My two bobs worth

I'm a first timer been on the site plenty times but thought I'd put my 2 cents in for once. Ive been on 4 charters in Perth to Mandurah, tried Mills on Friday just gone. The skip wasn't happy with the catch rang the boss to get the ok to stay out longer and we did. Everyone got fish. Me a 9kg Dhuiy and a big black ass. Can't complain about that. Best Ive been on in a long while!!!!

Aqualib and port bouvard charters (mandurah) have been really good the only decent charter operator in freo which i have been on was shirkari, the skipper al bevan does his utmost to put you onto fish

Hey mate. Love your profile pic! I work on mills as a decky occasionally. Come out with Mills, and make sure you ask for me to be the decky on the boat and I guarantee you will have a good time. Dont listen to all the bagging out thats been going on! Things have changed down there. But come out not this weekend but the weekend after and ask for Motty! ONly cause im working all this week and weekend in my full time job and will be off next weekend.

Cheers

its fishing, catching a good fish is never gauranteed, mills may not be the best, but on some days whilst being at hillarys marina, i have seen people go on mills and return with good catches, one being a nice 14kg dhufish.

there have been a lot of good dhuies about lately, and the last few times I was out working, we came close to bagging out on dhuies. There are plenty of good fish out there and I guarantee we will do everything we can to get good fish. After all, thats what we are out there for and nobody likes a quiet day! Brenz, Harley no longer works for the company. He hasnt for about a year now.
