Outboard storage between uses

Was just wondering do people store there outboards tilted up or down between uses and for what reasons

Down as it keeps all fluids sitting where they should be, and it takes up less room...

Down to remove pressure on the hydraulics
And rams are then fully protected as well

preferably down but i need to
preferably down but i need to travel with mine up due to my low trailer but parked up i leave it as low as i can to keep everything level though i don't think it'd do much harm being up other than the stress on the hydralics
