north beach

a general question for north beach,
i know the the jetty produces some good numebrs of herring, but what is the beach like for whiting?
and is it worth sending a livie out (under a balloon?) for salmon still?

dnt kno bout sending live bait whiting for salmon.. ur best bet wil b baitcasting mulies or metal slices.

Callum I heard there were some salmon caught at Hillarys
the other day, so you may be better off trying your luck there.
