General site photo info.  You can either create forum like you have, half way down select browse, add photos and upload and that will allow multiple pics.  Otherwise you will have to use photobucket or one of those hosting sites and then link the images in by copying the URL's (addresses) into your story.

Downloader for resizing - install, right mouse click photo, 5th option down will be resize photos, select size you want.  (800x600) is best for FW.
