Mindarie carpark trailer damage

 Hey All,

Went out for a few hours this morning and came back to find my boat trailer had been sideswiped by some nice individual. A kindly note was left the windscreen of my green GQ Patrol by a person named Mick saying sorry.

This nice fella left his mobile number with one diget missing - honest mistake Yu recon?

Anyway was wondering if anybody may have seen it happen as it would have been between 8am to 1100am today Tuesday 6 December.

cheers

Brett

If he's possibly left the last number off you could try ten text messages, you might get lucky and it was a genuine mistake. Or he's was putting on a show for whoever saw him do it.

Went for a look this morning and spoke to the security manager at Mindarie Resort, been advised that cctv only cover's the ramp and wash point area. The other security camera's are not connected!.

.Anyway for those who use the Mindarie Boat ramp - watch out for honest Mick the mobile trailer smasher.

Ring

Strange as it may seem but 3 days ago found a note on the hire car windscreen saying that he had hit the rear quarter panel and done a bit of damage, he said his name was Sam and left a mobile number and also left one digit off.
Sat down and rang the number he gave me and added one number each time, on number 7 a bloke answered and said Sam here, bingo, he sounded very surprised that I rang and told him about the missing digit, any way he admitted it was him and gave his address and car rego number, both checked out ok and now he will get a bill from our insurance to cover the repairs.

Seems as though the first number that comes to their mind is their own if someone is watching and the last digit is the one to go

I knew I was onto something

I knew I was onto something Dale ;)

I remember years ago working on the market city tavern and an 8T freezer truck literally running over the front end of a car as he turned in the carpark. He wrote a note and my foreman told me he was writing a fake note like Jackfrost's above as he did have quiet an audience lol

 Had a mates trailer damaged

Thu, 2016-12-08 20:07

Had a mates trailer damaged there and luckily someone saw and wrote down the rego. Do remember coming back from a fish and seeing a land cruiser that had its whole front bumper ripped off. They must have done a runner, but one of the houses that back onto the car park had seen it happen and had printed a load of pics off their security cameras of the culprits and left them on his windscreen. Bit of a long shot but may be worth seeing if any of the houses got footage
