Metro Marlin

Just spent an hour writing a story about our marlin bonanza on Sunday and when I went to upload the pictures the entire story vanished. ...so now you only get the basics ....quadruple stripped marlin hook up, only 3 on board and we landed 3 of 4 fish. ......Mark & Paul were awsum and l found them right here ...who says you can't find love on the net.

killed it
A day like that off Exxy would be awesome, but for Perth, I'd be calling that a best ever for a quadruple hookup and getting 3.

Cheers again Russ for the amazing day out and geting me onto my 1st marlin! It's certainly an experience that none of us will forget in a hurry! Can't wait to get out there again and have another crack at them, maybe a 200kg blue this time mate ;)
Southcity- the water temp where we hooked up was 23.9
I can still hear those reels screaming!

An amazing day!
Not a bad introduction to Marlin fishing!
It was a fantastic day learning from Russ, a really knowledgeable and experienced game fisherman who is passionate about not only catching Marlin but making sure he puts his crew onto a fish before himself. He said he just "knew" something was going to happen that day!
I know me and Paul had a ball that day, great boat and brilliant company and a memory to last a lifetime.
Can't thank you enough Russ - looking forward to doing it all again soon!
Cheers

I can't imagine a metro
day trolling would get much better than that. Top stuff. Shame about losing the initial write up, I for one would like to hear more details.

Spectacular
Spectacular effort Russ.
Not likely to get that many fish off Perth in a hurry so was great you guys were able to capitalize on it with 3 out of 4.
