Is it possible to get a national parks pass to be able to roll a swag out on one of the islands for the night

I was based at thevanard
I was based at thevanard island for 3 months when I was working on barrow island (best job ever! Fished every day & night after work) for that time I never saw anyone camp on the beaches, being accomedation on the island it may not be allowed? I know certain parts of thevanard is restricted (chevron) so apart from that I can't really help. Which renders this post pretty much pointless but I'm bored at work :)
