Live bait tank lid gasket/seal

Anyone have any ideas on who makes custom seals for live bait tanks?
I have one of the attached on the boat but the lid seals worse than anything I've seen and am looking to try keep the water in the tank?
any ideas would be great.

maybe have a look in Clark rubber, they sell heaps of different profile rubber extrusions.
My spots are so secret even the fish don't know about them !
