kids licenses

Does anyone know how to get a kids rec fishing license under the new D.O.T. system? I can't create an account for them because they don't have a drivers license. Any assistance is appreciated.

I did both my boys not that long back and didn’t have to.
I don’t recall doing it on my account and I can’t see them there
