If your staying at the
If your staying at the chalets lm sure they will also help with all the info you need.
Was up there 2 weeks ago and landed plenty of big mullaway at night. We camp on the beach and fish long into the night. Many of fish caught well after midnight.
1 tip l will give ya is plenty of burley. We use a scaler bag filled with mulies and dog buscuits soaked in tuna oil that we set up in the wash of the waves.
Any tailor caught use as strip bait and cotton wrap it.
Walk the reef in the morning throwing plastics and lures will get you fish. Just watch the swell.

Hey guys don't mean to post
Hey guys don't mean to post steel.
me and a mate are thinking of heading up there over crissy/ new year sometime .
Dates not certain yet.
But after a little info on what the tracks/ beach is like to drive on .
Is it pretty soft ?
Also any info on entry points ? Can you only book and enter by the chalets or can you access elsewhere and camp on the beach ?
More then likely will only be in one vehicle .
which is a 100 series cruiser turbo diesel . Will be taking some recovery gear
like 2 sets of treds, shovels, snatch straps if we do happen to get stuck and someone is able to help.
. I do have rated recovery points aswell
But I don't have a which.
I have driven on the beach a few times but no expert.
Been out at wilbinga a few times and also been down to yeagarup .
Just wondering what's it like up there as I've never been.
and if I'm stupid to go without a support vehicle?

Lucky bays your only entry
Lucky bays your only entry point unless your staying at the chalets which then you can go through there gate.
Camping is fine, which is what we do. was up there last weekend and the beach is fine for driving on.
