Jigging on Weds with Southern Cross, anyone keen?

After a couple more to make up numbers on weds with Southern Cross Charters for a sambo jig. Anyone keen?
Haven't been out fishin for ages and never been jigging so lookin forward to some fish!

Id be keen but tied up during the week now...
Went with them yesterday though, sloppy conditions but was stoked the still went ahead with the trip, inlike some other panzy charter operators ;)
10 people onboard, 4 spent the day chucking leaving 6 of us to fish :D
Plenty of sambos on the sounder but they werent hungry, I landed one at around 20kg to christen a new rod i bought, my father in law landed a 25kg one and that was it for the day for the boat, lots of sore arms from spending the day jigging with nothing on the end of it.
Still a fun day out for sure :)

Ah well I think conditions are looking better on weds than they were yesterday! haha. hopefully the sambos will be hungry or I will be sad! Atleast you got 1!

dunno honsu depends on what people want I guess? Im keen to get a sambo or 2 but also keen to try for some bottom fish, don't wanna just bottom bounce tho, can do that out with my uncle. Come along :) You can teach us a thing or 2!

Still undecided Ben - my mate has come over from Sydney purely for 100% sambo action. Most operators are leaning towards bottom bashing, which doesn't interest him.

I was under the impression from talking to Kim that if there were a few more people wanting to sambo jig that's what would happen. Give him a call and tell him you only want to jig and maybe we'll all be able to get out there! :)

Ah yep, well I guess its just a matter of how many people wanna go and what they want to do, Kim said to call him Tues night to find out whats happening regarding numbers and what they're gonna head out for. I'm only interested in jigging and more for sambos than anything, won't be goin if it's just bottom fishing I dont think. Would love to head out tho and meet a few fishwrecked guys too if yous go.
