hi guys
was in the tackle shack yesterday and noticed they had both WA and imported mulies (the imported ones were plain packed and not marked.)
anyone know where they are coming from, they seem a damn sight cheaper than the wa ones!
cheers

hey wicksey, i been using them lately as they are only around the corner from me and at $4.50 for a 2kg block they pretty cheap and packed extremely well , no need to smash on the ground to seperate like alot of the other wa blocks, look very nice chinny and top condition, compared price to i think its $9.50 for the wa blocks

those cheaper ones are pretty good size too, not iqf but packed well enough in sections that you can just break like a row off and leave the rest in the esky till you need a few more

The imported ones are from
The imported ones are from Indonesia. I have not had an issue with them and they seem to work as well.
I had both onboard on a trip last year and didn't notice a better hookup from the WA ones. Having said that I am sure there are variances in the quality, in both the imported and WA packs.
I used a WA pack a month ago and they kept falling apart even before they went into the drink.

the difference between the
the difference between the two is the indo mullies are whats known as a fat bellied mullie.
at the end of the day i have had mixed comments about the indos but i think the proof is in the pudding when we still sell close to 12 ctns a day to repeat customers.
