Husband's Work is never done
If your wondering why I haven't been out fishing my wife is away in the UK for 3 weeks and comes back tomorrow night at some ridiculous hour. We use Skpe to video conferance and it's like "have you watered the Xmas Tree?", "don't forget to wash the bedding before I get back", "is the pool clean?", "have you cleaned the fish tank?", "don't forget it's both bins tonight", "is all the washing done?", "please steam clean the floors before I get back"... etc.
The dishwasher has shit itself so a service required there this week. The aircon drive belt came loose so I had to get on the roof and fix that. The back yard is a mess due to the high winds. The dog is pestering me all the time and so is the cat. The fish just stare at me as if I am some kind of retard LOL.
Had friends drop in yesterday for a BBQ. I had forgotten all about it so when they came the vaccum cleaner was out, dishes all over the place, they bought us this awesome Xmas pressie and I forgot all about getting them one..... This is all too hard guys!!!!!!!!!!
Next time I'm going O/seas and she can stay home LOL.

I feel for you mate. I had to look after everything (including our 4 boys) for a month when my missus buggered off to Poland last year to see her relos. My fish attacked me & the dog just sat between the kids with the whole lot staring at me like I was a retard. At least it was only your fish doing that. Her brother showed up & saw the state of the place & sent his wife over to clean up for me, that was the best part of the whole lot, apart from not having the missus yammering in my ear for a month.

LOL Yes...
The hardest part now is going to be the rest of this week. I work from home unless attending meetings and I have a fair bit to do. I can see the need to lock my study door or I will be pestered. Not that it's a bad thing unless it's just voice pestering....
It's just difficult to get the work focus happening. Mind you; with my Telstra dongle I could set myself up at Wibinga and work (fish) from there........ I dream on....

Its been the best holiday ive had in a long time, the young one is a breeze conpared to the misses!! and to tell the truth, ive got more done around the house and yards with the 18 m old strap to my leg than what i would off with out her and the misses being home... go figure

Mine reads what I write on
Mine reads what I write on here sometimes, doesn't bother me, I don't write anything here that I don't say to her face. Besides, she has alot worse to say about me. I get more done when she is around but that's because my youngest is autistic & requires a lot of attention.

My wife has a large Facebook following and ....
She gives me shit when it suits LOL. All very loving stuff mind you. We are at an age where we can appreciate the humour in our banter.. not like a lot here LOL.
