 New regulations will be enforced in Western Australia to help prevent loss of life.

In The Home, type 2 PFD's will be worn at all times, combined with a mandatory Vegan Diet.  

All public swimming pools will provide adequate floatation devices 

All drummers must wear their type 1 PFD while on school campus and surrounding grounds. 

The authorities will issue fines for each individual container of alcohol not wearing the correct PFD Type and size.

New bathing suites will be available from local Council and shire offices, All beaches within Metro waters will require swimmers to comply with local regulations. 

The Swan river will fall into the "High Risk Zone" 

Any member of the public wanting to approach the shore line, touch the water, or god forbid even think about going for swim, must comply will all safety standards in accordance to section 3 of the "Nanny State Regulations Guide "
