Any member of the public wanting to approach the shore line, touch the water, or god forbid even think about going for swim, must comply will all safety standards in accordance to section 3 of the "Nanny State Regulations Guide "
Here is an example of the PPE required as stated in the guidelines to approach any part of the Swan / Canning system .
