The FAD's are very roughly
The FAD's are very roughly in 200m (or a little less) while the containers are around about the 100's, so the FAD's will be further out (see PGFC website for locations). The derwent is about 200m and roughly in the same line as the FADs though.
As for FAD's producing, still a little early in the season for lots of big fish. Really it depends on the day, firing some days, barren the others.

Club Marine Fad...
...is the "shallow" one, around 90 metres if I remember correctly. We've fished it several times and have never seen any dolphinfish there, but there are usually lots of striped tuna in the area when the warmer water comes through in March/April.
It is only a few miles from the barges/containers, I think in a SSE direction?
