Fish Indentification

Hey can u please tell me what this fish is some sort of cod?

and are they good eating? How big do they grow? And is there a Legal size and bag limit?

hehe i dont care at all what fish i eat... as long is it dosnt taste like a mullet...

i saw some wen i went snorkelling by the inshore reefs some of them are about from my elbow to my hand >50cm

i like those red lipped morwongs as well - i think there tasty wen filleted skinned and deboned then rolled in flour dipped in egg rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil till golden brown - served with a squeeze of lemon - you cant go wrong

naa its just thats it sounds funny when you read it out because it just seems to keep going and going but it is the way to cook most fish i agree. Tongue out
