dual battery setup quintrex
Submitted by PJAY on Sat, 2010-11-27 16:28
hi all, i am thinking of putting a dual battery system in my 2007 quintrex 480 coast runner. Has anyone out there had it done as i am at a loss as to where the other battery may go. If you could send me a photo of your setup it would be appreciated.

Duel battery?
Peter put up a pic of the existing battery location and other possible locations... someone might be able to give you more of an idea. Just added a second batt to the stacer but it had the area to put it in as standard. All else failing if you want to put the $'s toward a trip up there for me I could have a look in person and maybe recommend something
I did the same as Allboats recommended and replaced the existing on/off switch with a new 4 position switch at the same time

Sorry
Sorry about that, i dont like to have my customers waiting that long especially wiithout a phone call to advise on the situation, also sometimes its out of our control if the supplier muck us around and doesnt have stock or just simply drags there feet. But have spoken to him and about this and hopefully iut wont happen again, he is v.good at what he does so he must have slipped up on that. Sorry but hopefully things are sorted.
