Cheers, Aron and I make a very good team and without him and his help I’m sure I would of lost a lot more of my crazy captures. We rarely snap a fish off deliberately these days after we started landing a lot we went lightly on haha

We filleted the fish at the
We filleted the fish at the ledge and put them in the backpacks. My pack weighed 24kg before I put 15kg in fillets into it. Carry the backpack then the kayak got loaded up with all the packs so thank god I didn’t have to carry the whole fish and swim with it back.

This is the story of how I caught the big blue I posted a photo of a few weeks back. One of the harder spots we have ever tried to get to and I doubt we will ever return here and doubt anyone else will either, it’s retarded and needs a boat or kayak( or if you have screws loose swim) to travel at least 3km before hiking over an hour to get to where we where fishing.

We are currently settling up
We are currently settling up with hiking gear and camping equipment to do that as most of our spots we now fish being 2+ hours from the car. After the weekend just gone 13 hours from car to car of which only 5 hours was fishing time we need to camp out to make them worthwhile.
