evening and night fish out to around eaglehawk and still took 1.5hrs to get in. Mrs got a nice cod early for the table (love fresh Estuary Cod) so the rest was C&R.
Fished till 10pm so a late night getting the ZZZZZZs around 1pm. Was suffering for work the next day, but we always go out atleast once a weekend come rain hail or shine (cyclones excluded), find a lea and fish. But I am bloody glad I wasnt out there during the rest of the weekend.
I thought it was a all species comp Jay but I knew the prices look like they where for all sports fish.
Got plenty of sharks, none 263kg, but some around the 50kg LOL. Tested us out on the 20pound gear, and arms aching today still. Feel sorry for the 263 on 10kg.
The scoring systems encourage anglers to tag Tigers and only bring sharks in if they are a 'meritorious' capture which has seen the number of weighed sharks drop over the last few years.
Even so, they are still classed as under GFAA/IGFA and are worthy of chasing on light gear along with all of the other species on offer.

Records
From what I can see that tiger shark would be a West Australian record. Surprisingly I can't see any records of any tigers being captured on 10kg.
