I'm sure Col Hay will chime in
I know he likes his.
I haven't used mine a whole lot, but I am happy with it so far.

I reckon theyd be a sweet reel, certainly look shit hot.....I know they have had mixed reviews over east and in the US . Just as long as people dont buy them expecting them to be a cheap alternative to a saltiga....$350 vs $1200-$1400 big difference. I'd have one Stevo

thanks fellas
thanks for the feedback fellas,
i'll have ta give some serious thought about getting one... don't really need a new reel at the mo but what kind of pathetic excuse is that for not buying one?
Quick bit of advice for all the guys out there who have a TLD and thinking of trading up, or just sick of the crap handle. I had the boys put a tyrnos handle on my TLD25 and it's like a whole new/diff feeling reel. i think it cost me bout 90 bucks, very happy with the result.
good luck on the water fellas

is there much difference in handling from the saltist 4500 spin to the seagate?

I got a seagate as well
it has one more ball bearing and a different paint job. Aside from that, identical....
