spent a week in Mandurah recently and had left over roughy heads from the cray pots. worked a treat.
Failing that tuna heads I find are the best.
Anything will work but big heads with a pin through the eyes stay in the pots best.

Chicken wings for me. But a mate swears by blowies. If I get a blowie in my net it gets added to the bait pin.

I used tuna heads and pilch I speared at Dunsborough a while ago and the pilch caught my only 2 crabs for the day in the Swan.
Used tuna heads at Mandurah a month ago and jsut about every pull had a oversized crab in it.
