Seems like there is always at least 1 clown at the ramps each week.

Still no excuse if its the same person, its a wash down bay, and there was hundreds of free parking slots.
There was a parking ticket on the dash, with a 1:27AM stamp on it. The photo was taken at 6:50AM

As far as I know it is illegal to park in front of a fire hydrant as well. Might be a reason to let the parking inspector know and land another ticket to that windscreen...
