Arafura charters out of
Arafura charters out of Darwin are good.
I went with Angler's Choice due towanting a smaller boat/group - I was with two others (4 fishers max) and had a ball despite conditions not being ideal for the rivers a couple of years back. They operate out of Dundee Beach (top place) and can pick up/drop off from Darwin if needed

Barefoot fishing safaris
I think depends on what you want to catch and how long you have there are plenty of options, i did a bit of research before going last year and wanted to catch barra with my boyss and ended up going with Watto from Barefoot and it was just us 3 and a few days before picking up i got a call asking what we wanted to do and catch and then he organsises it based on that and where the best places to go, he has around 22ft u boat so not confined to ocean, we got picked up in Darwin by him and went to Dundee Beach and fished along the coast caught heaps inc a 78cm barra by my young bloke all up was a good day out and got looked after very well and no before hand lectures telling you how much the rods cost to replace or sooking with the kids like i have had on other charters. All up cost around 950 for the day but in my opiniin the experience was well worth it. Did go on a half day charter a few years ago from Cullen marina and also caught some fish in the harbour was around 150 for that and worth it if you havnt got a lot of time but if you are keen to get a barra go with the smaller groups worth the extra bucks.
