Hey guys, just got a question bout capel river- heading there sat arvo in the canoe. Best lures- bait??
Is it a goodtimes of year to get some reddies or trout??

cobb , no trout in the capel
cobb , no trout in the capel that im aware of ,
back in the day [1920]s it was a premium spot , but water quality etc declined and the trout died out years ago
try down near nortons bridge , you might pick up some reddies
canoing up past the winery below the traffic bridge is nigh on impossible , too narrow, shallow and logs mate
