That is cheap. I have had 3 quotes recently for my 6.4m barcrusher and they were all $2,000 to $2,500.

another option if you dont want to spend to much is have a bra/cover made for just the front/bow to stop stone chips etc ive had mine 18 months only use it towing up north etc & cost me $350 done 1 trip to exxy & 5 to shark bay thats saved a lot of stone chips.

at home i just use the ocean south cover.

Ahh he is a legend! Drew must make pretty much all the sea anchors in every shop in Perth! All the good ones anyway!

And he makes a damn fine shade sail as well.

Very nicely priced and you couldn't find a friendlier bloke.

$1300 is cheap for a 6.5m boat. Mine cost $1500 at GK Trimmers but he does a bloody good job. Towed beautifully all the way to Gnaraloo and back. Cut Fuel consumption by 2L/100k's.

A second thumbs up for GK Trimmers

Thu, 2012-11-22 06:26

Does a spot on job, reinforcing on all rub points and fits so snugly there is virtually no flapping at all when towing even at high speed

I just dropped my 535xs

Thu, 2012-11-22 21:11

I just dropped my 535xs barcrusher to the custom cover guy in Morley.  Quote was just over $1300.  I'll take some pics and upload them to show you what sort of quality it is over the weekend.

Cheers,
