Bent anchor

Howdy
Is there anyone around warnbro or Rockingham who can straighten out my anchor for me please, I got it stuck and bent it at right angles driving it out cheers and thanx.

what sort of anchor is it
what sort of anchor is it and have you tried yourself. shouldnt be too hard to straighten but they will bend in the same place again as its been weekened

That could be a bit tricky to straighten the shaft.

I've done it on bigger Danforths
But needed heat to really get it straight. Small one like that, Mapp gas burner will get it hot enough. But you will lose the galvanising off the heated section, leading to rust. Even if you were able to cold straighten it, likely the gal would be damaged anyway.
