I was lucky enough to get out for a few hours today off 2rocks and saw a couple of whales about 40m off the back of the boat wich is a bit intimidating in a little tinny. We also boated 3 small dhuies 2 of wich were sucessfully realesed with a realease weight and the third one didn't swim off quick enough as a large cuttle fish came up and decide to eat it wasa very impresive sight and not what i imagined would have happened to the dhuie as we would have put it back down with the realease weight. The only keeper i got for the day was a king george whiting sorry guys no pic's

Unusual the cuttle fish must
Unusual the cuttle fish must have followed the dhuie up ,many years ago we pulled up a blackass in 40m and a dhuie 10kg+ followed and tried to eat it on the surface behind the boat .After two or three go's it dived back down never to be seen again.
