reccomendations on rod to suit driftbaiting with 8000d baitrunner???

as states im looking for a rod to suit a baitrunner running 30 to 40lb braid about 6 to 7 ft long so any reccomendations please dont hesitate. I dont want to spend big at all i have stellas n saltiga rods etc and do alot of plastic fishing and jigging etc but this is purely for driftbaiting for pinkies in the sound using bait so i dont need expensive gear just something i dont need to be worried about getting bait on etc.

cheers Marko

Marko, just cut up an old broomstick and gaffer tape the baitrunner to it. 30 lb mono should have enuff stretch to make up for the non parabolic rod action.... X
