What kind of tool would let this happen as an enviromental minister? While locking up sections of coast because of (Fishing Pressure). He just drove the nail into the Labor party coffin i would say. Its going to be a landslide when they are brave enough to hold an election. Dont know if they will even hold a seat if they keep going the way they are. End of rant.

On the plus side if it kills a dolphin
it has to move 50 Miles so it can kill another one.
It is also not allowed to kill more than 3 seals in one spot,if it does it needs to move another 50 miles.
I may have to look into catching seals and dolphins now as a hobby.How would it go down if i tapped a seal on its head? The judge will just make me move 50 miles. Just need to work out how many i have to kill until i have to live in Exmouth.
