Have anyone ever seen, read about or tried this??

Just found this Googling randomly and if true IMO could make "walk the dog" simple, but as always I am super SUS. Simply put if something is very good, we would all know about it, have some and tried it.

Never heard about it, but I am always willing to try something, especially to do with surface action. Just love the Tango Danver's and other surface lures.
