that way you can see your options price wise and be shown how to use it.
try the search function in the left hand side.

SEARCH SHOULD BE AT THE TOP OF EVERY PAGE ON FISHWRECKED IN BIG BOLD WRITING AND NOT AS A PISSY LITTLE BEES DICK OF A THING LIKE IT IS FFS!!!

Jumping the gun a bit people,

Jumping the gun a bit people, maybe he is trolling but more likely he's wanting a different challenge. People shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions, we just had a thread about exactly that kind of stuff. Wait until you get the full story, especially when it's a brand new member that will be easily put off the site.

Lures are the obvious way to change things up, 40-70g metals & 2oz or 3oz  richter plugs work well on salmon & at under $10 each are cheap compared to most lures. Smilin Jack minnows are proven salmon takers & are usually a shade over $10 each as well. Cant help you with new places to catch them, I'd suggest going back to where you have already been getting them.

Do u live in Albany Mate ?? im down this way and every now and than i soak a bait but definetly using lures is pretty exciting stuff.

Poppers and stickbaits are awesome on the surface and super fun seeing salmon shoulder each other out the way too get to your lure.

Also try soft plastics mate so there is plenty of options....

 Hey mate. i've had success

Hey mate. i've had success using stickbaits, bibbed minnows, metals and poppers. Mostly 30gms and above for casting distance. Back in the 2006 metro run the river 2 sea dumbell 110  and kingfisher fat r's killed the pig for me so if you're on a budget  they're reasonably priced compared to the latest offerings.

Ive Heard of people using fly fishing set ups for salmon, there is a defiantly challenge there, otherwise lures like the others posted above.
