I own a wet pen at Fremantle Sailing Club and the current lessee is going to be moving out so I am looking for a replacement.

Pen can fit a boat up to 47ft LOA

Annual rent is $12,500.00

Pen is the first on the jetty so very close to parking facilities and well protected from the wind.

In order to lease the pen you need to be a member of FSC. Its an awesome club with excellent facilities and is nice and close to rotto
