Movember is almost over, the moustaches are in full sprout, the ends are waxed and with only a week left, the time to donate to show your support is now.  Men's health problems and depression sometimes seem to take a backseat and yet these issues will touch all of us over the course of our lives, whether they affect us, our friends or family.

Behold my contribution which has had many cracking jokes about me looking like a pirate etc, but the cause is worth such a sacrifice to my self dignity. AAAR!
